Pawleys 2009

So Team Deerin braved a 12 hour car ride all the way from Bethany Beach to Pawleys Island for the annual Deerin Family Reunion. After the terrible drive we pulled onto the north causeway ready to pull our own hair out! The week was really great. Kingsley played with all her cousins from sun up to sun down and Ford could not have been any sweeter. I had to beat the aunts off with a stick just to get to hold him myself. Our dinner this year was Fried Catfish, Black Eye Peas, Corn Bread, Summer Tomatoes, Cheese Grits and Brownies. God bless southern cooking!
